When Cathy Vance began her career in real estate sales in 2000, there was no doubt in her mind that her past experience had prepared her for the job. She had worked in mortgage lending for nearly 18 years, and was the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending at a bank for 10 of those. She has a vast knowledge of the loan process, contracts, appraisals, inspections, and title insurance.
