The Group did an excellent job helping us stage our home and then marketing it. We were under contract above listing price within a week of listing. Our only negative feedback was not discouraging us to allow a family member of a potential buyer to conduct the home inspection. It was clear that it motivation of the inspector was to find justification to lower the price.

Cathy, played an active role in helping to surmount a series of issues that came up as the inspections and reports were issued. She communicated with another Group Real Estate Agent (Sally) and explained the rationale for the proposed solutions to issues like a bad furnace. We were still able to convince the Seller that continuing with the sale was preferable to pulling out of the contract. I believe that both Buyer and Seller were fair during this process.

Cathy is fantastic at what she does. I worked with her to purchase my first house back in 2016 and was so happy that I could work with her to sell and purchase my second home. Cathy did an awesome job helping us to sell our home. Even when she was out of town, we always felt we could contact her with questions or concerns and she was available to speak with us and help us. It was a long process from when we first started looking at selling our home in April 2018, to putting in on the market in September and finally selling it in February 2019. Although it was a long and tedious process, it felt seamless with Cathy helping us navigate through all the details that needed to be completed.
